This notification is as required by our constitution, giving 21 days notice to all paid-up members of the Basingstoke Amateur Radio Club that the AGM for 2024 will be held at 8pm on the 21st October, at the Mays Bounty clubroom, immediately preceding the normal monthly meeting for that evening. Non-members will be welcome to attend but will not be allowed to vote.
The agenda will be published to the membership 1 week before the meeting; any extraordinary items for discussion at the meeting should be notified to the Secretary by this time, such that the full Agenda may be published at that time, however one of the items will be the election of officers for the club – so please consider either applying for, or recommending another member for these posts.
