We’re currently looking for prospective sites for a Yaesu System Fusion repeater (FM & digital), and could really use the club’s help.
The ideal spot would be somewhere fairly high up (~150 m+ elevation, 200 m would be even better), mains power, and with bonus points for internet access. A building or mast we can mount an antenna on and keep the repeater within would be perfect.
Coverage of Basingstoke, the M3, and beyond is the goal, so location and line of sight will make a huge difference.
