AGM 2026

The club's Annual General Meeting is on Monday 19 October at May's Bounty. Doors open at 7.30pm as usual and the meeting starts at 8.00pm.

As every year, we will elect the club's officers for the coming year: Chair, Secretary and Treasurer, along with one to four committee members and two account examiners. If you would like to stand for any of these roles, or to nominate another member, please get in touch. Nominations can also be made at the AGM itself.

If there is anything you would like raised formally at the AGM, please send it to the Secretary, Tom, as soon as possible so it can go on the agenda. The full agenda will be sent round before the meeting.

We need at least 20% of the club's voting members present for the AGM, so please come along if you can. It is your club, and the AGM is your chance to have a say in what we do over the coming year, or to stand for a role yourself.

We are also still looking for a talk, or a short one, for after the AGM. If you have anything at all, please let the Chair know.
